We are seeking reliable subcontractor crews for ongoing exterior and interior property work. This is not occasional side work — this is high-volume, repeat work, especially during spring, summer, and fall.
This opportunity is ideal for:

You must be willing to travel within these regions.
Scope of Work Includes (but not limited to):
Exterior
Lawn cuts, clean-ups, brush removal
Debris / trash removal
Gutter cleaning
Board ups
Minor exterior repairs (railings, trim, fascia, doors)
Pressure washing
Fence & deck repairs
Snow removal (seasonal)
Interior
Lock changes (training can be provided)
Trash-outs
Minor drywall repairs
Interior painting
Securing properties
General punch-list items
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY):
Applicants WILL NOT be considered unless they meet ALL of the following:
✔ Legitimate business (LLC or Sole Proprietor)
✔ General liability insurance (minimum $1M preferred)
✔ Reliable truck/van & basic tools
✔ Smartphone capable of taking clear before/during/after photos
✔ Ability to follow written scopes and photo requirements
✔ Ability to meet deadlines (timelines matter)
✔ Willingness to correct rejected work at your expense if photos/work are incomplete
✔ Professional communication (email & phone)
This is performance-based work. If you miss deadlines, ignore scopes, or submit poor photos, this will not be a fit.
Pay Structure:
Paid per job / per task (not hourly)
Net terms (consistent, predictable payouts)
High performers receive priority dispatch and increased volume
