Job Description
Looking for a licensed New Hampshire plumber to install two shutoff valves (supply and return) on an existing hot water (hydronic) radiator.
The valves will be installed by cutting into exposed copper piping in the basement. Access is easy and straightforward.
Scope of Work
Drain or isolate the affected hydronic loop as needed
Cut into exposed basement copper piping
Install two shutoff valves (one supply, one return)
Restore system operation and verify no leaks
Radiator will remain in place
No wall, floor, or finish work required
Existing Conditions
Hydronic (hot water) heating system
Oil-fired boiler in good working condition
Basement access is unimpeded
Piping is fully exposed and accessible

Follow-On Work
Successful completion of this project will trigger consideration for a follow-on project involving installation of hydronic hot water baseboard heating in three rooms.
This initial job is intended as a short, well-defined test of workmanship and communication.
Requirements

Own tools and transportation
Ability to work cleanly and independently
