Hi — I’m looking to hire a HVAC technician to diagnose and repair an E6 error code on my ductless mini split air conditioner with heat pump.

Issue:
    •    Indoor unit powers on.
    •    In COOL mode, the indoor fan blows air, but the outdoor unit makes no noise and doesn’t run (no fan/compressor activity).
    •    In HEAT mode, the system stops and won’t produce heat.

What I need: get the AC unit back up and running
