Foreclosure Yard Maintenance - $3,000 per month, part-time (New Hampshire & Vermont)

$75 each visit, 20 properties, twice a month = $3,000 per month, part time

The properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $75. All of the properties have been recently cut and are in good shape.
Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Required equipment is a gas-powered lawnmower, weedeater, and a blower or a broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
Compensation example:
- 7 yards per day = $525 per day
- 3 days in a week = $1,575 per week
- 6 days per month = $3,150 per month, part-time
Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
