P&L Landscaping LLC is looking for reliable and skilled Plow Operators to join our winter operations team. If you’re experienced with snow removal and can handle early mornings, long nights, and unpredictable storms, we want to hear from you! We will supply the equipment.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate snowplow trucks and/or loaders
• Clear roads, parking lots, driveways
• Apply salt/sand as needed
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
• Respond to snow events promptly (on-call availability is required)

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment
• Ability to work in harsh winter weather
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
