Looking for a candidate to join our maintenance team at a 135-unit market rate apartment complex in Manchester, NH.
Purpose of Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the apartment complex facilities, contributing directly to tenant satisfaction and property value.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs that contribute directly to the operational efficiency and safety of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform unit repairs, property repairs, electrical, plumbing, unit turn-overs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, snow plowing and removal, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
Must have experience with light plumbing and electrical.
On-call Duties: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hour calls and emergencies for the property in Manchester, NH.
