Handyman skilled in general repairs for 30 unit apartment complex. Up to 20 hrs per week with flexible schedule. Duties include painting, general repairs, maintenance, grounds keeping, cleaning, etc. Some availability for emergency repairs needed. Must be able to pass a background check.
