Off-campus student housing facility in Keene (not affiliated with KSC) hiring insured painters and cleaners for turnover for this August.

42+ apartments to be completed between July 31 - Aug 15 so I will need multiple 2-3 person crews from different companies.

FOR PAINTERS: We supply all paint + roller covers/liners - you bring your own set up.

FOR CLEANERS: We provide all cleaning solutions, rags, scrub brushes, etc. you just bring your own heavy duty vacuum cleaner.

Insurance is required, BUT we may be willing to reimburse for a short-term policy if necessary.
