Design Works Landscaping is hiring Landscape Team Members for the upcoming season.
This is a hands-on role working with our maintenance and installation crews. Work includes spring cleanups, mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, and general property care. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating clean, well-maintained spaces.
What You’ll Do
• Perform spring and fall cleanups
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns
• Install mulch, plants, and light landscape features
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and efficient
• Work as part of a crew to complete daily tasks

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Team oriented and able to take direction
• Willingness to learn and improve
