We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard & Detail Associate to support daily operations at our marine dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and is comfortable with hands-on tasks.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and detail boats to maintain showroom and delivery standards
• Wash, wax, and prepare boats for customer pickup and display
• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing boats in the yard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and work areas
• Support service and sales teams with general tasks as needed
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment and tools

✅ Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license required
