We're hiring a skilled laborer or working foreman to join our crew. The right person will be on site every day, hands on the work, and ready to wear a lot of hats.
What the job looks like:
Operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment
Hardscape installation — all sorts of flat work and stone work from time to time
Grading, drainage, loam, and planting work - lots of site work encompassing everything from the foundation out of a new home
Leading crew when needed, working alongside them when not
Helping move a job forward from start to finish
Working with well established custom home builders
What we need from you:
Experience in landscaping, hardscape, excavation, or a related trade — the more the better
Valid driver's license — required
Clean background — no criminal record
A strong work ethic — this isn't negotiable
Reliable, shows up on time, communicates, takes ownership
Someone who wants to grow with a company that's going places
What we offer:
