Job responsibilities:
Assist with solar racking and panel installation
Lift, carry, hold, and move construction materials
Organize and stage materials
Use basic hand tools
Perform general site cleanup
Follow instructions and take initiative without needing constant supervision
Requirements:
Able to work outdoors on a large, open-area jobsite
Able to stand and remain physically active for approximately nine hours per day
Able to perform lifting, carrying, and material-handling duties throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
Proactive, dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Able to work the full 54-hour weekly schedule
Reliable transportation or relocalization to the Farmington jobsite
Hotel stay offered if needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Previous experience installing solar panels or solar racking is preferred but not required. Applicants with other construction or general labor experience are also encouraged to apply.
