Was retired but have gone back to work. I am in temporary housing at the moment. Won't be too comfy for winter so I am planning ahead. I will take a room if we seem to mesh well. I am very comfortable with others of any persuasion, male or female straight or not.
For an apartment I don’t need more than a studio but will look at other 1BR or even a 2BR places and get a roommate.
I am in great health, don’t drink or smoke. Extremely handy in all trades. Retired engineer.
