Older semi retired responsible male looking for a furnished room/studio summer rental (maybe longer) in seacoast area (or about 20 miles from). Prefer everything included arrangement. I'm downsizing..got rid of a lot of my stuff. Budget around $1k to $1.5k monthly. I'm a non smoker, no drugs, not a drunk, trustworthy, gym rat, single and twice divorced (and no longer looking). And most important...I want no drama. Long time HD/motorcycle rider....a garage would be nice for my bike. Not MAGA. Not liberal. 800+ FICO score. Big furry pets could be issue as I have pet allergies so prefer no pets..or small pets. Currently Airbnb at Hampton Beach for the winter but needing a new place end of June.
