I am a fully employed Engineer here in NH looking for some assistance from landlords here. I know that I will not meet your background and credit check criteria (last LL "declined" to renew my lease 6 years ago, and my CR is zip since I have not used credit in the years being separated and later divorced). Since then I have been living out of motels and the occasional couch surf.
What I need from you is a written "agreement" that you will rent an apartment to me, an apartment that I have no intention of living in at all or holding you to the agreement. The reason for this is that I need to get my own personal car back on the road and moving again from my company's lot, and I need to get an agreement in order to provide residency proof to get plate tags. I would think that the above would be worth at least the fees you charge for a regular applicant for an apartment, plus the hassle of not having to actually go through the vetting and still make money off the deal.
