I am looking for a private landlord. Someone who is willing to work with someone who has been rebuilding their life after leaving a really terrible situation. I'm slowly rebuilding but now the place I have been in, they are selling in the next close to a year. I am really looking for a small private studio. I have a cat. But it will only be me and my cat only. Not looking for someone that's a weirdo either. Just want my own space that's private. Also something that isn't at the cost of an arm.and a leg either.
