I am a single mother of a 16 year old daughter and a 6 year old son. I also have a male cat and he is fixed. I have a section 8 voucher so the apartment would have to pass an MHRA inspection. I would prefer something with a washer and dryer hookup and off street parking. My total rent (including my portion) cannot exceed $2000 per month if there are no utilities included.
