We are a clean, quiet, friendly family who are looking for leads on a home with a move in Feb, March or April.
Preferably a single family/duplex due to disability complications but open to apartments as well! We do prefer more “rural” areas due to this but again open & thankful to any homes.
We are hard working. I am disabled but have verifiable income and my wife works full time. Great rental history/landlord references.
