Great Tenants looking for a Great Landlord
I did a post like this many yrs ago and to both the landlord and my surprise it worked out amazing for both sides for over 10 yrs. So, with a few minor changes to the old post I am going to try it again.
We are in search of a Single-Family Home or town house to rent. If you are looking for tenants that will care for your home, that are looking for long-term residency, look no further. If you are a great landlord that cares about your home, and the tenants that dwell within, then we may just be a great fit for each other.
I swear I have a cleaning OCD, because the house is always kept up, I love working outdoors doing grounds maintenance to make the place always look presentable in spring, summer, fall, and winter. I enjoy mowing the lawn, snow blowing the driveway, raking up leaves. So, you know with a personality like this your home will be in great hands. Also unless it’s an absolute emergency, we tend to handle most maintenance issues ourselves, because as I said we want to treat it like it’s HOME, not just a place to live.
Below is a “rough” idea of what we are looking for, I know it will be tough given our specifics, but we are praying we can find something that will be perfect for both you and us. I do know the rent we are looking for in conjunction to the type of housing in todays market seems ridiculous to even think about. But I can promise renting to us will be a great decision in the long run if you are truly looking for someone to care for the home and property.
TYPE: Single Family Home / Town House
COST: No more than 1400. Monthly rent if at least water and sewage are included. Lower rent if nothing is included like water/sewer, etc. (With regards to rent: would you rather have the high rent and tenants that don’t care about your home and property or don’t stay long… or would you prefer to have a little bit lower rent with tenants that actually care about your home and property and will stay for a long time so you have no months without rent? Just a thought)
SIZE: Min. of 2 bedrooms.
AMENITIES: Washer & Dryer or Hook-ups for them. Parking for 2 vehicles. Shed or garage would be nice.
ALLOTMENT: Our current situation - I have lived for the last 4 years with my boyfriend who passed away from an accident 2 months ago and because our home is attached to his business, I am unfortunately in a spot where I need to find another place to call home. Before here I lived in a 4-bedroom house on 14 acres of land for 10 yrs. Before that I lived on a ground floor 3 bedroom apt for 6 yrs. I am not a partier, I’m quiet, clean, and always pay rent on time.
LOCATION: I have attached a picture of a map with all the towns we are interested in, although we are more partial to homes in Strafford County. (Note-we want to stay in NH so no ME or MA locations)
