Wednesday, February 13th,
Our February meeting is very special! Members show off their tanks on Pizza/Video night. We share with videos and slideshows while enjoying pizza and talk.
Members' aquariums hold species from the exotic to the delightful.
The New Hampshire Aquarium Society is a non-profit group made up of people that have a common interest in marine and freshwater life and systems. We meet on the second Wednesday of each month from September through June. Our meetings are held
at Somersworth High School / Technical school.
Each meeting consists of a raffle, a bowl show ( nothing fancy, vote for the fish you like the best ), photo show, refreshments, a speaker and/ or a demonstration and a mini auction of about ten to twenty items made up of fish and dry goods. Interspersed with all of this is plenty of time for 'fish talk'.
Our membership has varied interests, some salt but mostly fresh water.
From no tanks to far more than are reasonable.
Young and old.
Tropical fish, aquariums, and great people!
Our membership year runs from October to September
$15.00 per year for an individual (single) membership
$20.00 per year for a family (2 or more) membership
The "Granite-Fisher", is our monthly newsletter.
