Black Raspberries Ripen at the end of June and July, The Blackberries will begin Ripening at the end of July and Continue through August. So, we eat fresh picked berries for MONTHS! 2.5 Months! for over 25 years now. Your Turn!
The weather and where they are planted affect the Arrival Date (Ripening).
NOTICE: We Sell Primarily Black Raspberries. 20.00 a Plant. Small Yard? 2 will do for you.
Blackberries have a 4-week backlog or Wait time. Much more difficult to transplant that is why they cost 30-40.00 each Plant. You only need 2 plants, they will be all you will ever need for Personal Consumption. Order more if you intend to "Can" them or make Jam.

All these Pictures are of 1 Black Raspberry Plant! It is 8-9 ft tall and 6 ft wide ~ Hundreds and Hundreds of Berries as you can see. Nice thing is they ripen a few Berries in each Bunch each day. Look at Pic 7 ~ you cannot even count that high, So many Berries on 1 plant.

From 6 to 8 weeks or so, sometimes Longer, the Weather and Watering/Rain depending.
Then if you Purchase Both Varieties they Ripen at Different times (Overlapping for many weeks).

They are Ready! The Berries are Ripening as of June 28th, They will continue to ripen for about 6 weeks or more. I will keep you updated. We and our Hens are eating Ripe Black Raspberries.

You can plant these up until the Ground Freezes. Too late for that now, but we have been selling and planting these for people for 23 years now.
Most of the ripe berry pictures are of our Blackberries, they are larger than the Black Raspberries.
They are Ready They will be ready in about 2-3 weeks from now.
