Location: Rye, NH
Selling an entire large, mature Maple tree that was recently taken down. All of the wood has already been bucked and cut clean into standard stove-length rounds (roughly 16" to 18" long).
Important Details & Yard Access:Volume: Approximately 1.5 to 2 cords total (heavy trunk base rounds down to medium branch rounds).
Condition: Green/Unseasoned. Sold AS-IS in rounds (not split). You will need a log splitter or a maul.Requirement: Must take the whole load. No partial pickups allowed. You must have a large enough truck, trailer, or plan for multiple consecutive trips to clear the entire pile.
Yard Access: The wood pile sits down a small hill in the yard. Trucks and vehicles cannot back directly up to the pile.
Logistics: It is about a 40-foot walk up a gentle grass slope from the pile to where you will park your vehicle or trailer. Bringing a heavy-duty hand truck, wheelbarrow, or yard cart is highly recommended.
Street & Parking Rules: We are located on a narrow, one-way street. To park safely, you will need to back your truck/trailer down our street to reach the house. Upon arrival, you can pull your passenger-side tires slightly onto the edge of the lawn so local traffic can pass. I will be outside to help spot you and guide you in safely.First come, first served.
