My dream pony is still looking for his dream home! William is a 10 year old Friesian Sporthorse gelding (registered - 75/25 Appy/Friesian). 15.1, lovely gaits, energetic puppy dog personality. However, he is 100% blind and has been out of work for a decent chunk of time. I have held on to him hoping I would have the time for him to be my dressage buddy (so he has been out of work through some of my own health stuff and an injury, my last pregnancy, and through the baby stage (my youngest is now 6 months old). Before that he was green broke plus (I can send riding pictures but not posting them because that is not where he is at right now). He does need an experienced home because of the blindness, and also because he is green and does have athletic moments in his greenness. He is also bendy like a Friesian which is awesome but it does require someone comfortable with an athletic horse. So for someone who maybe can't afford a flashy horse purchase price, who values horsemanship, learning, and skill, he is the literal dream. No fee but references will be checked and he will be sent with a right of first refusal. Would like to place before winter so that my old horses can have the barn space.
