I have food grade 5 gallon pails of previously alcohol soaked lemon peels. Great for fire pit starter! They have been packaged and sealed up for over a year so the peels are dry on the top and soaked in 190 proof alcohol in the bottom of the buckets. Product has settled a bit in the last year but the buckets were full when loaded. Buckets come with resealable lids. This stuff burns amazing!!
