Good morning everyone. I ordered 10 hens a few months ago, and we recently discovered that one of them is a rooster! He is really wonderful, and it breaks my heart to give him away, but we can’t have a crowing rooster where we live. His name is Prince Diana. As I thought he was a hen so I had named him Princess Diana. Lol.
He would be great as a “farm” chicken (very protective of the flock, yet very nice and loves to socialize), or he could be culled for meat. He is under 4 months old, so his meat would not be very tough. All organic, completely free range.
