The frame is used but in excellent condition attached to a pressure treated base. It comes with a 10 year rated cover 14.5 oz. HD poly and end panels brand new in the box. New straps and ratchets as well.
When you buy a portable garage from Shelter Logic it comes with a cheap cover 7.5 oz. poly warranted for one year. It won’t last two. That’s how they suck you in. Then you have to buy a good cover which is what I did. Otherwise you’ll be changing them every two years which is a pain in the ass and not cost effective.
I bought the replacement 10 year cover and never used it. The cover was $865. Total cost originally was $600. Costs are higher now. $900 with the cheap cover. Plus another $100 for the pressure treated base to mount it on.

It will have to be disassembled to take to your location. Simple job.
