Excellent condition, Vacuumed every two weeks, periodically professionally cleaned
neutral medium brown color
no marks, stains, worn worn areas, non smoking household
withstands heavy traffic

offering to sell the rug because the new home does not have a big enough room for it.
Easy to pick up as it is packaged (folded in half and ratchet tied) and easy to transport although it is heavy so a two person task
Will need a large SUV or pick up truck for transport.
