Rugged futon with high density 8" mattress. Folds out into a full bed. We had this in the kids room for many years and it is still in good condition. It has a lot of life left in it, so I'd like to see it go to a good home.

The base frame that sits on the floor is 78" wide x 38" deep.
The mattress frame, when folded out into a bed, is 74" wide x 55" deep.
