A unique Turkish village rug/runner, an Anatole. age approx. 50 to 60 years. Clean. Hand-knotted, wool on wool foundation. Loose Turkish double knots which makes the rug heavy yet flexible. The colors are difficult to photograph. They are darker than shown. A touch of orange and rust brown. Bold geometric design. Lots of color variations which gives the rug its village made charm. It is a rug for folks with a special taste. The rug preferably needs to come to lay by it self in a large open space. Size 9'4" x 4'0".
