Great condition.
No stains, rips or structural issues.
Smoke free home.
We do have a cat but the couch is clean and not covered in hair. She has definitely scratched it but you can’t see any obvious damage.
We are located in a 3rd floor apartment in Dover, NH.
You will need a truck and at least one strong person to help move it. My husband will be here to assist with the heavy lifting and getting it down the stairs but please come prepared!
