It includes everything you need to connect to your motorcycle.
The gloves and jacket are controlled separately. There is a jack to add heated pants and socks.
I tested it before listing. The controls work and it heats as it should.
I rode in the winter for several years bundled up for the cold. I used this one season and what a difference in the comfort. I would leave early and ride all day.
