Vintage Regina Ware Germany Plate Hand Painted White Roses ~ 8" diameter ruler in pics above to help with size visualization. flaws : some scracthes, manufacture's errors like missing paint , extra paint dark marks all seem to be under glaze, The unglazed part ring that sat in my curio shows discoloration. See last 5 pictures for examples of flaws. to expect on this vintage pretty. Questions are always welcome.
