Looking for professional candidate to fill a day porter position Monday through Friday 9AM-3PM. Looking for someone that can work alone with minimal direction, able to communicate & work well with property manager, with good customer service skills. Duties would include cleaning/maintaining common areas of new condominium complex. Latest in technology for equipment onsite to make for easy work. Candidate must have reliable transportation.
