• Lead and oversee day-to-day Food Service operions in a healthcare environment, ensuring quality, safety, and pient sisfaction.
• Provide visible leadership to a team of ~45 employees, driving engagement, accountability, and a culture of service excellence.
• Maintain high culinary standards, menu execution, presention, and food quality across pient and retail services.
• Manage administrive responsibilities including labor management, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanition, and regulory standards (Joint Commission, ServSafe, client, and Sodexo policies).
• Collabore with hospital leadership, clinical partners, and Sodexo support teams to support overall site success.
• Provide light oversight and coordinion of Environmental Services, with primary operional focus remaining on Food Services.

• Strong Food Service operions leadership background, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or upscale dining.
• Proven experience managing large frontline teams (40+ associes).
• Solid culinary knowledge and execution skills; culinary training or hands-on leadership experience preferred.
• High level of administrive strength, including labor controls, financial acumen, and operional reporting.
• Minimal EVS experience required – training and support provided.
• Experience as an upscale restaurant General Manager valued, - candides seeking improved quality of life.
