BRGR BAR is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As we have plan for expansion in and we need someone to grow with our company and a leader with the potential to take over the kitchen in the chef role.
Experience in fast paced kitchens and attention to detail are musts. Willingness to learn and the ability to lead are also extremely important for this role. Previously held positions of sous chef or lead line cook are ideal but we are willing to train the right candidate without previous leadership experience.
We offer competitive compensation. Salary dependent on experience plus quarterly bonuses, and paid time off.
