All Seasons Campground is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of campground facilities and infrastructure.
This hands-on role is responsible for managing multiple systems, including grounds, buildings, pool operations, water systems, and septic systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain grounds, roads, and common areas
• Oversee pool operations (water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning)
• Monitor water systems (chlorination, inspections, compliance testing)
• Perform septic and leach field inspections
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Perform snow removal & winter maintenance operations, including plowing, sanding, and ensuring safe access throughout the property during winter conditions
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, property maintenance, or similar field
• Experience in plumbing, heating, HVAC, and/or electrical systems strongly preferred
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience managing facilities or working independently preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Conflict of Interest Requirement: Due to the nature of this position and the need to maintain independence in the administration and enforcement of Association operations, current unit owners within All Seasons Campground are not eligible for employment in this role. Ownership within the Association is considered a conflict of interest.
Any employee who acquires an ownership interest during employment must disclose it immediately and may be required to resign from the position.
Schedule:
• Minimum 30 hours per week
• Seasonal flexibility required (higher demand in summer months, including weekends)
Compensation:
$25–$35/hour, based on experience
