They both work great (last time I used them). I can load test them or demonstrate them, if you wish.
In good to very good condition.
These are line voltage power regulators or conditioners.
I used them when running computers or UPS units from generator power (such as during a storm).
They clean up and regulate the voltage and makes both computers and UPS units run better and more reliably from generators.
They are a bit large and heavy (37 pounds each).

It's normal that they hum while operating (60 Hz hum).
The asking price is $10. each and is negotiable.
