SONY XA7ES CD player top quality audiophile model, remote, mint cond. - $1,400 (Dover NH)

Plays CDs perfectly, as well as the CD-encoded layer of hybrid SACDs.
This model was ~$3000 new, these still sell for over $2000 online in average condition -so my asking price is quite firm with it being in mint cond.
Remote, manual and original remote are included. I also have a 2nd/spare remote. Otherwise, I might list it on eBay or Audiogon for $2k if not sold within a few months.
Outstanding build quality w/ very smooth and silent operation.
Constructed of thick anodized aluminum, internal copper shielding.
Coaxial and optical digital out, XLR out, variable and fixed RCA analog outputs.
Motorized headphone volume control.
Excellent cosmetic condition and the front display window is like new without any scratches.
2 thin rubber o-rings have been placed towards the top of the CD-retaining puck...this allows much easier removal/placement over the original design and has no impact on performance.
Everything functions 100%.
Can be tested/heard before buying.
