This is from an OHM model D. OHM used to sell new or refurbished replacements for this at $300 each, but they no longer have them. Great working condition. Two small holes have been professionally repaired in the surround. They can be spotted as the darker gray spots at 12:30 and 9:00 o'clock on the first photo. There is no need to replace the surround, but if for some reason, you want a new surround, you may contact me about it.
