We are seeking to fill our final Counselor positions for our 2026 season! If you are passionate about working with children and looking for a close community, join us for an unforgettable summer!
You will spend the summer playing games and leading activities during the day, enjoying evenings around a campfire, sleeping in a cabin every night, traveling through New England with co-workers on days off, and building close-lasting connections within our small community of 60 staff.
Camp Birch Hill is a classic New Hampshire summer camp. We are an all-gender camp for ages 6-16 at the foot of New Hampshire's White Mountains that is nestled into the woods against a pond with 2,000ft of waterfront and a private sandy beach. We have a high ropes course, an arts and crafts pavilion, a theater program, sports fields, tennis courts, water sports, and much more. With a focus on fun, our elective program lets campers choose from over 50 activities to create their own personalized schedule. As a counselor, you will work with one co-counselor to supervise a specific cabin of campers, but will get to teach classes and participate in activities with campers and staff across the whole camp.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old and be available for the entire season: June 19th - August 9th, 2026. Housing and meals are provided for the duration of employment.
