Off-campus student housing facility in Durham (not affiliated with UNH) hiring painting crews for turnover for 5-8 days in early June.
Crews or individuals welcome to apply.
We supply all paint and supplies, (unless you have preferred tools or supplies that you use.)
Crews in the past have completed project where it works out to be $40-$50/hour/worker, depending on how quickly you can work.
Total painting budget = $4300 (MOST apts are just rolling out one coat on walls - no cutting in, no trim, no ceilings - 2 of the apartments will require that).
Depending on the size of your crew, I will likely need to split the project up due to tight deadline.
This is a quick turnaround gig and good money can be made quickly.
Insurance is required, but we are willing to help pay for a short-term policy if necessary.
