Need someone to do food prep on a weekly basis, on Friday or Saturday and clean up after themselves in the kitchen.
Diet consisting of healthy stuff found at Whole Foods. I am not a big meat eater, so no one whose only expertise is cooking steaks. My diet is primarily Asian (ok kimchi, spinach banchan) and I like Indian food as well (aloo gobi is a dish I like). I’m not a fan of sauces, I kind of don’t like the European method of cooking. Salmon is about the only seafood I like. I like pretty simple preparations of foods that I can mix and match during the week. (In post is pictures of food I made in my old kitchen and ate regularly)
Prefer someone who knows how to user kitchen small appliances. Knows how to use fresh ingredients including garlic and ginger, can cook healthy in terms of low sugar, fat and salt. I do not eat brown rice, so no weirdo granola food types of food. So please no vegan weirdos who will whinge on about meat is murder.
