I think this is a 1951, you decide. Complete basket case but lots of value in parts, especially the original PTO winch. No idea if the motor turns over. It's a roller with inflated tires. Great yard art or farm stand. NH bill of sale only, no idea of actual milage. I'll clean the junk out of the bed if you don't want it.
Please no dreamers or tire kickers, it gets old. You'll need a trailer with winch or come-along to load. If you show up with a trailer, I can negotiate.
It looks good in my yard and I hate to part with it. I have other vehicles for sale.
