1979 Ford Mustang Notchback Fox Body. Very clean. All original panels. Not rot. No bondo on any of the panels. Tons of new parts (invoices available). 99xxx miles. Spent over a year sorting the car out and it’s finally done but have to sell. Build list is at the very end of the photos. Still has the original spare tire.
I opted to do everything besides make power to square away everything else. When I got the car, still had OEM suspension, 4-Lug, stock 5spd, 7.7 rear end, drum brakes etc. car need a whole lot more love than just power.
Car was finished by Dan Christopher at NH Southern Under Car and Tuned by George at Thomas Motorsports. Car was road tuned. Dyno session can be coordinated at buyers expense if they want the numbers. Dan also fabricated the exhaust as well.
With the new crank & bearings, car is on break in oil for 500 miles and so is the transmission. George at Thomas Automotive did a compression check after installing new crank/bearings; 175 across all 8.
Car will also come with an extra set of rear wheels/tires. They’re the same wheels that are on the car but they’re 17x10 instead of 17x9 and they have 315/35/17 Toyota R888R’s mounted.
Pros:
•Everything on the list is new (minus the motor which has a new crank and bearings)
•No rot, straight frame.
•No bondo or fill.
•Stars up no issues and drives.

Cons:
•Paint sucks. Was planted by the previous owner about 10-12yrs ago. Car is/was originally red.
•Fromt bumper is a little worse for wear paint wise.
•Driver side front fender spat has some minor damage.
