New battery, was also inspected in Virginia before leaving. Van starts, runs, and drives good, even in the cold temperatures! I drive it all over the place, including to Keene and back twice weekly, Manchester, Concord, etc.
EGR has been deleted, which is one of the known issues with these.
To make a long-term vehicle will need a couple things, But it runs and drives as is.
Known issues:
There's an oil leak (have not had it diagnosed, hence the low price). I top it off every couple of trips and check it regularly. Check engine light recently came on for 2 glow plugs (which only came on during this last below zero cold snap). Still starts at Sub-Zero temps. Needs tires.
