We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, highly organized individual to lead the Stove/Hearth technician team as the Service Manager. Salary will commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing the Service Department's daily operations, including the scheduling of service technicians, all inspections, maintenance, repairs and installation of the various types of hearth units.
• Customer Support & Escalation: Serving as the main point of contact for complex service requests. customer complaints and troubleshooting calls.
• Ensuring code-compliant installations for gas, wood burning, electric and pellet fireplaces and related venting systems.
