We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, project updates, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders and enter project details accurately into company systems.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in printing, signage, graphic design, or a related industry is a plus.
