Looking for vendors for Charity Ride on 05/16 (Londonderry)

We are hosting a large charity motorcycle ride on Sunday, 05/16 for suicide prevention and mental health awareness, with the proceeds going to the Connors Climb Foundation. The event will mostly be outdoors at the Londonderry Legion on their large remodeled patio, and we are looking for vendors! This is at no cost to you, but we ask that you provide your own tables/tents for what you display. Would love to have some crafters, T shirts, jewelry etc.
we are anticipating approximately 120-150 people in attendance, so this is a great opportunity to get some exposure for what you’re selling and make some sales, mainly biker community but family friendly.
