Home built from plans. Grandkids out grew it. Has a 7.5 hp and does 25mph with a 100-115 pound kid. Goes 20 with me in it and I weigh 180. It's rated for up to 20hp and does like 60 mph. It's like a go kart on the water. Only weighs about 70lbs without the engine. You also need to be reasonably mechanically inclined to own/use this. No trailer. I put it on the roof of my Tahoe to transport.
