There is a much sought after dodger. Also the matching bimini canvas AND connection piece to the dodger to cover the whole cockpit (Need new bimini frame)
I also have a small bimini that I customized to fit in place of the dodger providing shade but also better visibility from the cockpit. Plus a clear cover to enclose the companionway.

Auxiliary power is a 2004 8HP Honda outboard. Very reliable, serviced regularly - fluids every season, water pump impeller every other.

Additional sink in galley area with fold-a-way camp stove (included)
Customized steering setup with Wheel on port bulkhead in addition to regular tiller steer. Can be used simultaneously. Wheel steer is great for cruising, especially with more than one person on board. Provides opportunity for more comfortable positioning and folding the tiller up when not in use allows for much more space within the cockpit.
